The saffron season is almost over – but we were just in time to visit a beautiful Saffron Garden in Ourika Valley and talk to Miloud, who has been working with the “red gold” for over 14 years. “When I close my eyes, I see Saffron,” Miloud confessed. With passion, he showed us around and explained how the process works.<\/p>\n
