{"id":1361,"date":"2018-10-31T16:07:28","date_gmt":"2018-10-31T15:07:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/didouqen.com\/?p=1361"},"modified":"2021-02-16T14:30:04","modified_gmt":"2021-02-16T14:30:04","slug":"high-atlas-foundation-joins-the-givingtuesday-movement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordpress-haf.ddev.site\/high-atlas-foundation-joins-the-givingtuesday-movement\/","title":{"rendered":"High Atlas Foundation Joins the #Givingtuesday Movement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Pledging to Fight Poverty and Marginalization in Morocco<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The High Atlas Foundation has joined #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Occurring this year on December 1, #GivingTuesday is held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday to kick-off the holiday giving season and inspire people to collaborate in improving their local communities and to give back in meaningful ways to the charities and causes they support.<\/p>\n<p>The High Atlas Foundation has started our very own #GivingTuesday campaign because we are dedicated to Morocco\u2019s future. We want to share this passion with the world. When you give to the High Atlas Foundation this #GivingTuesday (December 1, 2015), you are investing in projects involving rural farmers, women\u2019s cooperatives, and education for Morocco\u2019s future generation.<\/p>\n<p>For those of you on Facebook or Twitter, we invite you to show a sign of support for Giving Tuesday. Take a picture or write a post, tag it #unselfie and #givingtuesday, and share it with us from now until December 1st.
