Zineb Laadam was born in Marrakech. She earned a Bachelor in Biology Environmental Analysis in 2018 from Cadi Ayyad University, Faculty of Science and Technology in Marrakech. In 2020, she obtained her Master's Degree in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development from Hassan II University in Casablanca.
Zineb started her volunteer work with the HAF in 2020, where she worked on a study regarding the contribution of fruit trees to sustainable development. She joined the team in 2021 as responsible for relations and monitoring with cooperatives, associations, and all structures wishing to benefit from the services of the Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) program at USAID.
Zineb is very interested in drawing, so joining the High Atlas Foundation was a point of inspiration for her to express the social and cultural situation in Morocco in general and women in particular.
