Youssra Biare is a HAF Program Manager, currently serving as the lead on the 2022 TechCamp for Cultural Preservation in partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Rabat Public Affairs Section, the BE GREEN applied STEAM program for youth in partnership with Dar America, and the USFS-supported Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) Morocco pilot program. Youssra is a proud Moroccan woman and advocate for women and girls. Witnessing firsthand how empowering women and girls can bring about transformational improvements in the health and prosperity of families, communities, and societies, her work has increasingly focused on peacebuilding and women-related issues. She is socio-political development professional with prior proven experience working with several international organizations and is a UN-certified mediator.Youssra holds a degree in Fundamental Biology, Environmental and Health Science. At her university, she founded a Student Awareness Club in Morocco (CCE) that aims to strengthen the capacities of Moroccan youth, students, women, and marginalized populations through education and the arts.youssra@highatlasfoundation.org
