Mustapha Tarhbaloute is a Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) Morocco Fellow from the 2021-2022 cohort, based in the Youssoufia province. He is from Boumalne Dades in the Tinghir province. He completed his studies at Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, having studied English for two years and receiving his certificate in Tourism and Hospitality in 2017.
