Houria Chouhab, Volunteer Technical and Field Assistant for the USAID Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) Program
Houria Chouhab was born in Essaouira and moved to Marrakech in order to study in Cadi Ayyad University, where she earned her master’s degree.She first joined the High Atlas Foundation as a volunteer in 2019. As of December 2021, Houria is the Volunteer Technical and Field Assistant for the USAID Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) Program, which is implemented by HAF in Morocco. This role enables her to work closely with agricultural cooperatives, associations, and organizations that benefit from expert technical assistance.Empowering women in rural areas is one of Houria’s primary interests. Through her participation in the Imagine women’s empowerment program and mentorship from HAF-Imagine trainers, she aims to excel in this field as well.houria@highatlasfoundation.org
