Working in the development aid sector requires passion and the will to do something great. It also requires time and a huge amount of work! This month, we are celebrating all the hard work that our interns here at HAF accomplish. We wish to thank all the wonderful interns that spend their time, effort and money to support the High Atlas Foundation in achieving something great.
Ask our current interns – from Morocco, Germany and the US – how they would describe their experiences and probably you would get varied answers, but the most common feedback they give is their appreciation of the cross-cultural work, and of the close relationships between our staff members.
They share the same love for Mother Nature and the desire to give rather than take. They share the vision of a better future – for Morocco and for the world. Working for the High Atlas Foundation, they say, is so wonderful because it is not limited to office work, but also includes after-hours activities and trips.
Last month we published various blogs which give further insight to our projects, such as the natural wool dyeing workshop in Ighil, and others that share something more personal – for example the trip to the rose festival undertaken in free time.
All our interns here are highly dedicated to our organization and we are forever grateful for their help. In addition, we wish to take the opportunity to invite everyone – no matter what their age, nationality or religion – to apply for an internship with us in Morocco. Come help us make this world a better place!
